President & CEO

Scott Overman

Scott over-sees all aspects of Wasatch Commercial Builder’s projects.
With over 25 years in all types of construction, Mr. Overman has an in-depth, professional background in Multi-family Residential Apartment Construction, and extensive experience in Commercial Construction.
He has developed an operational expertise to manage his team of professionals, build strong contractor relations and control costs, while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Before his tenure as CEO of WCB, he was the President of Wasatch Regional Builders, LLC.
Mr. Overman attended Utah Valley University for Business Management and Marketing, and is a licensed General Contractor in Utah, California, and Idaho.
Vice President

Kenny Alldredge

Kenny joined Wasatch Commercial Builders in August 2008. He started his career in the construction industry as a carpenter in 1993. Mr. Alldredge ran his first multi-family project 17 years ago in the Chicago area.
With over 28 years of construction experience, Kenny oversees all field operations for the company. He has a substantial comprehension and proficiency of construction principles and construction management, with experience in the Commercial, Residential, and Multi-Family construction.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing the construction team on multiple projects, from pre-construction through close-out ensuring company standards were achieved and schedules were adhered to.
Collaborating with consultants to find solutions to maximize project efficiency, cost, and longevity.
Creating or refining processes to ensure lessons learned were implemented in subsequent projects.
Providing constructability assistance by checking for conflicts and deviations and informing the development/design team of any such issues when applicable.
Manages recruiting, scheduling, work assignments, training, and performance appraisals.
Even though Kenny has worked in different parts of the country, he is a Utah native.
Kenny has directly managed or overseen over 500 million dollars’ worth of projects. He has a passion for building and has been an owner of WCB since 2014.
Senior Estimator

Dan Wall

Dan Wall joined Wasatch Commercial Builders in October 2019. He started estimating in 1989, bringing over 30 years of estimating experience to Wasatch Commercial Builders.
He oversees all estimating and bidding for the company. He has an extensive knowledge of construction principles and construction management, with experience in the Commercial, Residential, and Multi-Family industries.
Estimating roles oversees:
Prepare preliminary cost studies to determine the feasibility of intended projects, including the analysis of different site locations, building uses, size, internal components, general analysis of different construction systems and methods
Extensive relationships with the design professionals and key subcontractors, coordinate the construction documents to be used in generating the final construction drawings
Perform plan review and generate trade summaries, work with subcontractors and design professionals to resolve issues related to estimating.
Prepare final construction estimates of the project once fully designed, focusing on bid document interpretation and clarification during the formal estimate process
Receive, organize, and qualify subcontractor proposals to determine “low-qualified” subcontractors.
He is a Utah native and enjoys the outdoors with his family and five children.
He has taught as an Adjunct Professor for the Weber State Construction Management program since 2002. He has taught classes in estimating, scheduling, building codes, construction law, residential and commercial construction.

Controller

Todd Weight

Todd Weight joined Wasatch Commercial Builders in December 2017. He is a seasoned accounting
professional bringing over 20 years of executive accounting experience to Wasatch Commercial Builders.
He oversees all financial and accounting matters for the company. He has an extensive knowledge of accounting principles and executive company management.
His Financial Management skills include:
prioritizing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, financial statement analysis, budgeting and forecasting, company organization and bylaws, and cost containment.
His Accounting Skills include: financial
statement production, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cash flow, banking, reconciliations, cost accounting, general ledger and fixed assets.
Todd is a native of Salt Lake City and has experience in the construction, insurance and hospitality industries.
Todd and his accounting team are members of the Timberline Users Group (TUG) which helps them stay on top of construction accounting principles and stay current with changes in the industry.

Southern Utah Area Manager

Josh Lyon

Josh Lyon joined the Wasatch Team in November 2017. He started his career in Construction Management in 2004, bringing over 18 years of experience to Wasatch Commercial Builders. He oversees all development and construction activities in Southern Utah for the company. He has
extensive knowledge in all aspects of Construction, with experience in the Civil, Commercial, Multi-Family, Industrial and Retail Industries.

Responsibilities include:

Overseeing the Budgets and construction schedules on multiple projects, from pre-development through construction close-out
Coordinating with City officials and design consultants to see properties through entitlements and construction document
Collaborating with the Development team to locate, entitle, and develop properties
Collaborates with the Accounting and Estimating teams to ensure a sound budget is produced and managed
Working with the construction team to ensure Safety, Schedule, and Quality
Assists in recruiting and training of new employees in the Southern Utah area
A Southern Utah native, Josh enjoys spending his free time outdoors with his wife and two boys. Josh has a passion for construction and working with people to bring about the production of lasting projects and relationships.
