Vice President and Chief Operating Officer- Jerry Price has over 25 years of construction management experience. He has served in executive roles in both commercial and residential construction. Jerry holds a bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University and currently serves as Alumni Relations Chairman on the BYU CM Industry Advisory Council.

Alex Dahlstrom joined the Wasatch Group in 2020. As VP of Development, he is responsible for the development of investment and venture properties. Alex facilitates in key development roles in commercial and residential real estate valued at over $600M.
Alex joined Wasatch as a partner after working in commercial real estate brokerage with Marcus & Millichap and Colliers International. Alex gained valuable experience as a broker focused on investment sales of NNN retail assets. He served as the Director of Business Development for the Millcreek Commercial team within Colliers International.
He received his bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) degree from the University of Utah.

Austin Overman joined as a partner in the Wasatch Group in 2020. He has a successful track record of multi-family development and construction, sourcing over $100M in multifamily projects. He has single family acquisition, entitlement and construction experience, raw land to finished product. From small 40-50 lot projects to large scale master planned communities of 1500+ units. Results driven finance professional with a construction and materials sourcing background employing proven expertise in identifying growth opportunities. Austin loves spending his free time traveling with his wife Layla and dirt biking with his 3 kids. He received his Bachelors Degree in Finance from the University of Utah.

Matt Wilcox has worked in the commercial real estate and development industry since 2020 and joined the Wasatch group as an associate developer in July 2022. Prior to joining Wasatch, he helped manage a self-storage and industrial portfolio dealing with management, development, construction, NNN tenants, and acquisitions. Matt specializes in the financial components of real estate development and is responsible for budgeting and forecasting the team’s development projects.
He received his bachelor’s degree in Finance and is enrolled in the Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) program at the University of Utah. You can find Matt spending time with his wife and new baby girl in his spare time or on the golf course.
